Shyang Shin Yeh Industry Co., Ltd with the main body

started operating in November of that year.

The capital of Chun Shyang Shin Yeh Industry Co.,Ltd is
NT$140,000,000. Japan-based Toyota contributed 51% of the
capital, while Chun Yuan Steel Industry Co., Ltd Taiwan contributed 49% of
the capital.
The Chairman is to be assumed by Director Tsai Charng-Yi appointed by Chun Yuan Steel Industry Co., Ltd,while the general manager and vice general manager were delegated from Japan.
